OUR GUARANTEE PROMISE
Compatibility Warranty for Progressive Lenses
With all our progressive lenses that come with a Compatibility Warranty, we assure you that, provided they are fitted correctly, your customers will get used to their new lenses within a reasonable period of a few weeks at most. Should a customer nevertheless find the progressive lenses unsuitable, you can exchange them free of charge under the Compatibility Warranty – for an equivalent or cheaper product. If you opt for a higher-quality product, we will only charge the difference in price. If the product is exchanged for a cheaper one, we will deliver it free of charge. A prerequisite for the exchange is that there is no difference in value and the progression length remains unchanged. A switch to a product with different features, such as Transitions®, XTRActive® or comparable options, is also excluded. Should an intolerance arise again, your customer can switch free of charge to two single vision lenses for near and far vision or to a bifocal lens – in each case with the same index as the original product. You have 6 months from the delivery date to process Compatibility Warranties.
Satisfaction Guarantee for Premium Products
We also offer a satisfaction guarantee on selected premium products. This gives the end customer a full right of return for a period of six months from the date of delivery.
If your customer is not satisfied with the product, we will exchange it for another product in accordance with the terms of the Compatibility
Warranty. It is also possible to exchange it for a product with different specifications. Alternatively, we will refund the purchase price upon return of the lenses.
