- Satisfaction guarantee: We offer a satisfaction guarantee for the Prophecy X. We guarantee the end user a full right of return for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery. If they are not satisfied, we will exchange the product for another product (even with different features) in accordance with the terms of the satisfaction guarantee or credit the purchase price of the lenses if they are returned.

Today, modern lens designs either take individual parameters into account or fall back on standard parameters if no data is available. In some cases, this can lead to an undesirable plus effect – so-called overcompensation, which has a negative impact on spontaneous tolerance or night vision.

Consideration of natural accommodation
The eye’s ability to adjust to different distances – known as accommodation – is a central component of natural vision. Classic lens designs usually do not take this visual ability into account. The Prophecy X goes a decisive step further: the underlying technology takes into account the individual accommodation behavior in every viewing direction and distance – and integrates this information directly into the lens calculation. The so-called accommodative object space is also taken into account – i.e. the area in which the wearer can clearly focus or accommodate with every eye movement.
